As we gear up for the 2025 Dragons Camp, we are excited to extend an invitation to our community for volunteers and helpers to ensure the smooth running of this event. Your support is invaluable in creating a memorable and enriching experience for our young athletes.

We are seeking volunteers for various roles including:

- Food preparation: Assist in preparing meals for the participants, ensuring they are nourished and energised throughout the camp.

- Meal supervision: Oversee serving and mealtimes, ensuring all participants are accounted for and that dietary requirements are met.

- Event supervision: Help coordinate and supervise non-softball activities, ensuring they run safely and according to schedule, including walking participants safely  between venues of West Beach Parks accommodation and Softball SA at Barratt Reserve.

- Potential overnight stay: A few volunteers will be needed to stay overnight to provide assistance and supervision during evening activities and ensure the safety and well-being of participants.

To be a volunteer, you will need a current WWCC (Working With Children Check) - to be provided at registration. See SA.GOV.AU - Working with Children Checks (www.sa.gov.au) for further information. 

We warmly welcome parents and grandparents of athletes, partners and parents of coaches, to join us in supporting the 2025 Dragons Camp. Your involvement not only strengthens our community bonds but also provides an opportunity to actively participate in your child's sporting journey.

These roles are recommended for those individuals interested in taking on a State Team Manager role – to give you a taste of what to expect.
