The 70th Softball SA Country Championships will be a premier showcase of regional softball talent, celebrating community spirit, high-level competition, and the diversity of our sport. The 70th edition will take place over the Australia Day long weekend, running from Friday 23 January to Monday 26 January 2026, at the West Beach softball complex.

This event will provide a unique opportunity for affiliate country associations to compete in multiple grades, alongside a Masters competition, with a range of exciting entertainment features designed to engage players, officials, and spectators.

6.30pm: 15th Emmsee Home Run Derby. Will NAMSA's Cooper Goodman and Mt Gambier's Cody Manning be able to defend their titles?
7:30pm: All-Star Showcase - Women's Exhibition Match - the best players from our affiliates from across the state battle it out in a game you could never see anywhere else!

Sunday Night Entertainment - Sunday 25 January 2026

6:30pm: Slowpitch Showcase - come and watch local MPs, Under 23 Men's and Women's State Representatives, our best Masters Players, and our guests - some Special Olympics Athletes - show how Slowpitch is done

Wake Cup: Open early each morning, until just after lunch - for your coffee essentials, as well as cafe and light food options.
