Expressions of Interest – Volunteers & Working Group

Planning is underway for the 2026 Junior Championships, and we are seeking Expressions of Interest from people who would like to contribute to the successful delivery of the event.

We are looking for both Working Group members and volunteers across a range of key roles.

Convenor

Lead the overall coordination of the Junior Championships, working with the organising committee, clubs, officials and other stakeholders to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Technical Delegate

Oversee the technical and competition aspects of the championships, including competition requirements, game operations, rules, officials and liaison with participating teams.

Recording & Results

Coordinate scoring, game records, results and championship statistics, ensuring information is accurately recorded and communicated throughout the event.

Marketing & Communications

Help promote the championships and keep players, families, clubs and the wider baseball community informed through social media, communications, promotional material and event updates.

Volunteer Coordinator

Recruit, organise and support volunteers, coordinate rosters and ensure the event has the people needed to deliver a successful championship.

Grounds Crew

General Volunteers

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, organised and willing to contribute.
