2025 Club Development Forum

As part of our Constitutional requirements for Softball SA, we hold an annual strategic forum, known as the Club Development Forum

This is the first face-to-face presentation of the Forum since pre-Covid, and Softball SA will return to a combination of face-to-face and online, alternating each second year.

Attendance Requirements:

  • For all affiliated associations: Two representatives from each affiliated association are expected to attend, with an additional invitation for a representative from any club that is part of an affiliated association.
  • For the Adelaide Club Competition: Two representatives from each Adelaide club are expected to attend.

For those travelling greater than 100km to represent their affiliated association, there will be twin-share accommodation available at The Arkaba Hotel, paid by cost equalisation across the associations and clubs.

This includes Mt Gambier, Port Pirie, Riverland and Sunraysia Softball Associations.

Meals are not included, however afternoon tea on Saturday and morning tea on Sunday will be provided.
